The fashion industry has many sins. Throwing away mountains of fabric off cuts is just one of them.

We work tirelessly to reduce and re-use our fabric offcuts. Most get used as pocketing, sampling, and tailor's hams.

Others are used to develop local skills in quilting off cuts into ridiculously fabulous cushion covers.

There was a time when tuxedo shirts followed the rules, but that was before I got involved and started doing whatever I wanted.
🔥🔥🔥
I agreed with this customer that a regular collar and white buttons would make the shirt more versatile, instead of strictly for black tie events.
🖤🖤🖤
Not fusing directly on the fabric allows us to curve the collar perfectly, as well as avoid those disastrous bubbles when the glue perishes.

Hand finishing and sweat guards make every shirt we do comfortable and durable.
