Personalized base pattern and fitting

The student will be provided with a basic pattern based on personal measurements and be responsible to cut the pattern pieces out on calico or linen as well as assemble the garment.

The facilitator will do the fitting of the basic pattern and adjust the pattern to fit the student’s body type. This personalized basic pattern is compared with commercial patterns to ensure a perfect fit. More advanced students can also use the basic pattern for designing garments.
