โข Excellent communication skills.
โข Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

โข Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
โข Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters.
โข Problem Solving and are confident at troubleshooting.
โข Experience with operation of multi-user telephone systems & related technology.
โข Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
โข Competent analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and MS Word.
โข Position in Johannesburg, ability to travel to Kempton Park โ Johannesburg, daily & on time.
โข Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative, references will be verified

โข Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
โข Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
โข Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
โข Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
โข Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
โข Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
โข Process and resolve, Online Enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries and Claims.
โข Communicate with Regional Franchises and couriers.
โข Take the extra mile to engage customers
