Keratoconus is a progressive condition where the cornea thins and bulges into a cone shape, causing severely distorted vision 🔬 It typically appears in teens and young adults. Early diagnosis allows for corneal cross-linking a treatment that halts progression. Specialty contact lenses can dramatically improve vision quality. Don't ignore blurry or ghosted vision.

Sleep and your eyes 😴👁️

Not getting enough sleep doesn't just make you tired — it affects your eyes too.

Poor sleep can cause:
