Meet Hendrien Bezuidenhout, a registered nurse, midwife and certified lactation consultant. I am a mom to two beautiful boys. I have a passion for babies and breastfeeding and getting babies to breastfeed successfully, by educating the parents.

I run my own private practice, Babybezt in Roodepoort, doing antenatal classes, breastfeeding prep classes,home and hospital lactation visits, weigh-ins and milestone checks in the comfort of your own home. I also do support groups for moms and babies and introduction to solids classes.

I believe that breastfeeding can be successful if you focus on one feed at a time.

They gave us some awesome information on common skin problems in babies and adults and an amazing goodie bag.

We made breast milk soap.
Can be used for
* eczema
* rashes
* Cradle cap

Recipe
We used 50g of pure Glycerine soap and 50ml of breast milk.

Cut the soap into small pieces and microwave 10seconds at a time until it's melted, add the breast milk and stir and decant into a mould of your choice. Leave in the fridge for an hour or until it's set.

You can add some essential oils or even oats that is very good for eczema too.

Hi everyone sorry we've been so quite. We have been busy with support groups every Thursday.
In the first week we made pages of felt for the babies to focus on and, Daniellefrom Little Bright Fox - Mom & Baby Studio came to visit us to talk about baby massage and developmental milestones
