✒️ INK & ENVELOPES SOCIETY — FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. This is a month‑to‑month subscription.
Every month a new link will be sent out for the upcoming envelope.
If you don’t order that month, you simply skip it — no cancellation needed.

2. What can I expect in my monthly envelope?
Each month you will receive:
• A themed fact sheet
• An original short story written by me, Anke van der Merwe
• A copy of a mini painting created by me
• One or two curated goodies that match the theme

3. How will I know the theme?
Clues will be shared throughout the month on social media and WhatsApp.
The theme and story are always revealed in a fun, mysterious way.

4. What if I missed a month?
You are welcome to visit the WhatsApp Channel and order a previous month’s mail package — as long as stock is still available.

5. What if I am disappointed with my letter?
Because each envelope is handcrafted and created in limited quantities, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Every package is made with care, creativity, and love.

Minki
Minki is die klein sus van Dintjie Viljoen die opkomende mode ontwerper.
Nes haar ou sus, is Minki huidiglik besig met haar studies in mode ontwerp by een van die best mode ontwerp kollege. Minki kan haarself verloor in n lap winkel of beter in n klere winkel. Vir ontspanning hou Minki van verf en teken.

Rodolf is n veld hasie. Op n laat herfs oggend is hy op sy gelukkigste.
Van kleins af kan hy spoor sny en is n bo baas skut. Langs die bosveld kampvuur deel hy graag sy jag stories.
