1. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. This is a month‑to‑month subscription.
Every month a new link will be sent out for the upcoming envelope.
If you don’t order that month, you simply skip it — no cancellation needed.

2. What can I expect in my monthly envelope?
Each month you will receive:
• A themed fact sheet
• An original short story written by me, Anke van der Merwe
• A copy of a mini painting created by me
• One or two curated goodies that match the theme

3. How will I know the theme?
Clues will be shared throughout the month on social media and WhatsApp.
The theme and story are always revealed in a fun, mysterious way.

4. What if I missed a month?
You are welcome to visit the WhatsApp Channel and order a previous month’s mail package — as long as stock is still available.

5. What if I am disappointed with my letter?
Because each envelope is handcrafted and created in limited quantities, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Every package is made with care, creativity, and love.
