Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, sound knowledge of fashion retail, and efficient stock/cash management abilities.
Integrity: Must be exceptionally honest, reliable, and accountable.
Habits: Sober habits are strictly required.
Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends when operational needs require.
Core Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day shop operations and maintaining excellent customer service.
Overseeing staff, managing rosters, and creating a positive, motivated team environment.
Handling stock control, inventory tracking, and precise cash management.
Ensuring the store meets sales targets and maintains high visual merchandising standards.
