e employeed 3 locals, creating much needed jobs and quality products are their main focus. Dina and Elas sets the pace and work harder than they expect their 3 employees to work thus creating a positive working environment. Dina does continues quality control and does not hesitate to undo slack work, to ensure a product that will last a longtime. The employees are happy to have a job and to do, and getting paid for what they love doing - crocheting is a blessing to them. Disa Crochet have not had any returns on quality yet. This Producation line is currently achieving 9 matts aday and will soon reach the goal of 12 matts. While quanity is needed to keep cost low, quality work is of higher importance. Colours are limited at present until they can locate more suppliers of quality material.
