Early this year, my long time friend Taonga called me and said, "I'd like to order a wedding gown from you."
I was excited and scared at the same time. Happy that she trusted me to deliver the gown of her dreams and scared of not living up to the task.
She sent me her vision and it was components of different wedding gowns and Pinterest inspos...then she said combine them and make one dress...😂😂😂bubu really tested my skills.
She was giving me her ideas but at the same time trusting me for advice. It was hard to draw the line between allowing my client to go for exactly what she wants and offering professional opinion. In all this I found that honesty was indeed the best policy.
And it got us here!
