📢 WE’RE HIRING | SALES ASSISTANT – LUSAKA

Do you love fashion and enjoy helping customers find the perfect outfit? Style Metrics is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team!

📍 Location: Lusaka
🛍 Position: Sales Assistant
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Minimum Requirements

✔ Female, aged 18–30 years
✔ Grade 12 Certificate (minimum qualification)
✔ Retail sales experience is an added advantage
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Friendly, confident, and well-groomed
✔ Honest, reliable, and hardworking
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Willing to work weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Recommend products based on customers’ needs
• Meet individual and store sales targets
• Process sales and payments accurately
• Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
• Receive, arrange, replenish, and count stock
• Report stock shortages or damaged items
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
