About African Heritage Fashion Show

The African Heritage Fashion Show (AHFS) is a groundbreaking fashion event that celebrates the richness and diversity of African culture through fashion. Founded by CHICO Fashions and Africa One Identity, the AHFS was established in 2025 with it's inaugural edition held in Harare Zimbabwe.

VISION
To become the premier platform for African Fashion, showcasing the continent's unique heritage, creativity, and talent to the world.

OBJECTIVES
1. PROMOTE AFRICAN FASHION
to provide a platform for African designers to showcase their talent, creativity, and cultural heritage.

2. CELEBRATE AFRICAN DIVERSITY
to celebrate the diversity and richness of African cultures, traditions and customs through fashion.

3. EMPOWER AFRICAN TALENT
to empower African designers, models and artists by providing opportunities for growth, development and exposure.

4. FOSTER CULTURAL EXCHANGE
to promote cultural exchange and understanding between different African countries and the rest of the world through fashion

5. SUPPORT SUSTAINABLE FASHION
to promote sustainable fashion practices and environmentally friendly designs that benefit the African continent
