Thank you to all the beautiful women who attended our first ever retreat! special thanks to Dori Duncan who came up from Sydney to be our special guest, Frankie ✨🤍 who planned and hosted everyone, Jessie Geyl for the mobility seminar and MIGHTYMEALS for the nutrition seminar.
It was a full weekend and it was amazing to see all the women come from all over Australia to be there🌴
