Tallulah and I are both wearing the new BY JOHNNY. Christina Panel Strapless Dress, and this is exactly why we love showing our dresses on different women rather than just showing you a campaign image.

The structured bodice.

That pink + yellow floral. 🌸
And yes… POCKETS.

Wedding guest? ✔️
Spring races? ✔️
Engagement party? ✔️
Long lunch or winery event? Absolutely. ✔️

And over the next few weeks, we’re going ALL IN on event dressing.

WHEN THE “MINI” DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON YOUR HEIGHT… 👀😂

Tallulah and I are back doing what we do best, trying on the LEO LIN Kristy Butterfly Sleeve Mini Dress and proving once again that the same dress can look VERY different on two different heights.

On Tallulah?
✨ Definitely giving mini.

On me?
✨ A little more leg-friendly. 😂

And honestly, this is exactly why we love doing these try-ons together.

Because a dress can look incredible on the model online, but what we really want to know is…

Where does it actually sit?
Is it too short?
How does the waist fall?
What happens when you move in it?
And does it look as beautiful in real life as it does in the photos?

In the case of the LEO LIN Kristy… YES. 💚🌸

The pistachio floral.
The little belted waist.
The ruffled shoulders and cuffs.
That floaty A-line skirt.

She’s feminine without being too sweet and would be absolutely gorgeous for Spring Racing, weddings, winery lunches, garden parties or engagement celebrations.

I am OBSESSED. Like… genuinely obsessed. 🤍

Tallulah and I tried on Significant Other Ellis Maxi Dress in Adriatic and this is one of those dresses that is even better once it’s actually on.

The satin.
The lace.
The sheer waist detailing.
That neckline.
And the way it just falls on the body… 🔥

And I love that you can see it on both of us, different heights, different ages, different body shapes, and it just WORKS.

It’s sexy without trying too hard.
Elegant without feeling too “formal”.
And that icy Adriatic blue is absolutely beautiful in real life.

Perfect for a wedding, formal, black tie event or anywhere you want to walk in feeling ridiculously good.

This one has absolutely gone straight onto my favourites list. 🤍

Safe to say, nobody missed the brief. 👏🏼

At 5’4”–5’5”, I’ve spent YEARS trying on dresses that look completely different on me than they do on a 5’9” model.

And owning a dress hire store has taught me something…

Petite dressing isn’t about avoiding certain styles. It’s about proportion.

This is exactly why we try the dresses on ourselves.

Meet the LEO LIN Ashley Appliqué Vegan Suede Mini Dress in Azure.

And yes… Tallulah and I are wearing the same dress. 😂

On Tallulah, it’s a proper mini.

On me, it sits noticeably longer.

Same beautiful shape.

Same incredible Azure blue.

Don’t judge a dress purely by the model photo.
