To our incredible shearing crew who worked tirelessly all weekend, our wonderful vendors who brought so much to the farm, and every single person who came out to support us — thank you.

Because of you, the farm was filled with smiles, laughter, great memories, and another successful annual shearing event. We truly appreciate everyone who took the time to visit, shop local, and spend the weekend with us.

Every year, our alpacas get their annual haircut—and it’s more important than you might think.
Shearing helps keep them cool and comfortable for the warmer months, and the fiber we harvest is incredibly soft and valuable. It’s a big part of life on the farm—and a really interesting process to see in person.
