We loved LISA looks throughout the night at the VAs and wanted to highlight the switch from the carpet to performance look ♥️

Her first nails were an amazing example of how culture can be used in fashion in a beautiful manner, whilst her second set prioritised performance functionality.

With the Berlin Marathon behind us as well as all of our beauty activations, we started reflecting on all the amazing activations we’ve been able to offer in the past years.

Beauty wasn’t always as accepted as it is today and it took us a while to get to where we are.

Still recovering from another amazing marathon weekend in Berlin. Watching the city run 42km sent us down a rabbit hole: the fastest women in history, and what they had on their hands.

Track has always had the best nails in sport. For decades the press talked more about the nails than the times (but that’s a whole other conversation). For now, we just want to admire these women and the way they paved for everyone after them 💘

Flo-Jo curved natural red nails to go with her look. Still the reference for everything!

Flo-Jo again, 1984 US Olympic Trials. Long red nails with a green one-piece. She raced in nails up to four inches long and made it look like nothing

Gail Devers with her famous curled blue nails. They were her own natural nails. She grew them while she came back from illness, and taking the time to paint them was her sign that she was okay

Devers hurdled in these and won 100m gold at two Olympics
