💛 Ladies please have a read
Just a little recap on the way I order stock.
I work from home, so business is a lot different for me.
Space is minimal, and sales for boutiques are a lot slower than they used to be.
I have to be very careful what I buy, so I’m not stuck with stock for ages, and constantly putting it in the sale a week after I buy it.
A lot of stock now is pre order, which means it’s ordered specifically for you.
so it can not be returned, as I can’t then take it back to my supplier.
My prices are far lower than anyone else.
I do very generous offers on pre orders, and any stock I hold - which are practically sale prices.
When I do sale.. you get it cheaper than what I paid.
So again no returns or exchanges.
If I sell something at full retail price, then you have 7 days from the date of ordering for an exchange only.
This is how it’s always been.
If I paid out for preorders and people changed their minds I’m left then with stock I wouldn’t necessarily want.
I try to be very clear on size and style and show you on photos or videos, telling you my height and size.
So far this has worked well and it’s the only way it can continue.
That’s if my prices are to stay as they are.
I’m sure you don’t want me to go full price where you have the returns options.
This is also stipulated at the top of the gold page in bio.
I also put under most posts pre order - no returns etc.
sometimes at my discression I can take odd things back ( reason if I knew of someone else that wanted it).
This is the only way I can run my business from home successfully.
So please don’t get offended when I say no to returns.
If I did it for one I’d have to do it for everyone.
I advertise the best stock at the lowest prices.
I have not lowered the quality to reflect that.
You are getting the best in all aspects, and I Thankyou for all your purchases.
I am not a full time business anymore selling 7 days a week full on.
This is a little hobby that I enjoy and will always continue to do.
No matter what I sell. 💞
