✂️ Need an alteration? Julie is here to help!

For many years, Julie has been helping customers with expert clothing alterations, earning a wonderful reputation for her attention to detail, craftsmanship and friendly service.

If you'd like Julie to carry out your alteration personally, she'll be available every Saturday in the shop for consultations, pinning, measuring and fittings.

Can't make a Saturday?

Simply send Julie a text using the number on her business card and, wherever possible, she'll do her very best to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Whether it's taking up a hem, altering a special outfit, repairing a favourite garment or making those all-important finishing touches, you can be confident your clothing is in experienced hands.

A little reminder that I am back in the shop again on Saturday from 9am - 1pm. It was lovely to see some familiar faces last Saturday. After a little break I have to say this lovely😄customer (she knows who she is) set me a challenge and had no consideration that I am a part time lady of leisure 😄

Did you know?

From July 4th , any alterations and repairs taken into the shop on a Saturday will be personally completed by Julie.

Many customers have trusted Julie with their garments for years, from simple repairs to complex bridal, occasion wear and specialist alterations.

If you would specifically like Julie to carry out your alteration, simply bring your garment into the shop on a Saturday between 9am and 1pm from July 4th and Julie will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.

A gentle reminder we will be closing for Xmas on Thursday 18th December & we reopen on Tuesday 6th January 2006.
If you have any items that need altering for the festivities then you’d need to get them into us the week before we close on Thursday 11th Dec at the latest or there will be an en express charge to get them back to you before we close.
Could you collect any outstanding items if they have not been collected.
