The Teddy Locks team is growing! 👶✨
And just when I thought juggling life as a mum and the founder of a sock company was busy enough… things are about to get a whole lot more chaotic! 😂🧦
There’s going to be a little more baby brain, a little less sleep and probably a lot more behind-the-scenes madness!
But I really hope you’ll stick around for this next chapter. 🥹

The idea was simple 💚♻️

To fight single-use plastic by giving discarded plastic bottles a new lease of life, turning them into insanely soft socks! 🧦

To see how far Teddy Locks has come honestly feels like a dream. What started as a little idea has grown into something I could never have imagined, and I’m so grateful for everyone who’s been part of it!

But I’m not stopping here! I’m more determined than ever to hit my next milestone of 50,000 plastic bottles recycled! ♻️

Here’s to making a difference, one pair of socks at a time! 💚

Well, I definitely didn’t expect THIS when I set off for my walk! 🌧️😂

Caught in a storm and absolutely soaked through… but guess what dried the quickest? My Teddy Locks socks! 🧦💚

Not quite the product testing I had planned, but I’ll take it! 😂

I am and have always been a faithful - until now!! 20 years blonde and it was time for a change … 👱‍♀️ 🍂

It’s fair to say that I do look a bit different to how you’ve known me until now - but I promise it hasn’t changed the quality of your socks 🧦

I promise the socks will always be faithful!! In fact the ones I’m wearing now I’ve had for over three years and they’re still doing exactly as I promise - no holes, super soft, and definitely not falling down!!

🍂 Cozy season is officially here and I am SO ready for it! 🧦🤎

Think crisp autumn walks, hot chocolates, pumpkin carving, pub roasts by the fire and, of course, the return of my favourite cosy socks! 🧸

There’s just something about this time of year that makes everything feel that little bit more magical ✨

Feeling very grateful that this is what taking a business call looks like for me now 🥹🤍

Sat on the sofa, my two little sidekicks next to me, talking about a business I built from an idea that I genuinely cared about.

It’s moments like this that remind me why I made the choice to do what I do.

Running your own business isn’t always easy. There are long days, big decisions, plenty of worries and a lot that happens behind the scenes… but it’s also given me the freedom to build a life and a business that feels like mine.

And if taking calls from the sofa with these two beside me is part of the deal… I think I made the right choice 🐾😂

Trying to film content with Westie and Ted around is always… interesting 😂🐾

The second the camera comes out, they’re on an absolute mad one. Zoomies, wrestling (us), stealing the spotlight and generally causing complete chaos behind the scenes.

At this point, we’ve accepted they’re not going to behave…

But at least they give us a show 😂🎬

It’s crazy to think that 40,000 plastic bottles could be out there right now… 🌊

Washing up on our beaches.
Endangering wildlife. 🐢
Breaking down into microplastics in our water.
Or sitting in landfill for years and years.

But instead… I made them into these socks. 🧦♻️

Plastic that was already in circulation, given a new purpose and turned into something luxuriously soft that you can actually wear every day.

40,000 bottles diverted.
Thousands of pairs of socks made.
And proof that small choices really can add up to something pretty huge. 🌍💚

And we’re only just getting started…
