Did you all hear Strathaven getting a mention on Radio Scotland this morning?

The phone-in was about the high street and people were asked to call in to explain what they loved about their town. People cited small independents as a key strength for towns, offering something different that helps make places unique.

Many also talked about how highly personalised customer service was so important to them, that shop keepers understood their tastes and needs.

Our very own Kirsten called in to chat about Strathaven and all the wonderful shops we have here in the town. So lovely to hear someone talking so positively about what we have here in our wee town!
