Born in 1995, Stefano has spent years working alongside our late Tommaso Melani as his trusted right-hand man, sharing his vision, dedication, and passion for artisanal excellence every step of the way.
He now takes on the responsibility and privilege of carrying forward the journey built with extraordinary commitment by Stefano Bemer and Tommaso Melani, guided by continuity, innovation, and the values that have made our brand unique around the world.
