At a first sight, timeless design and edgy design seem to be oxymoron. However, it is based on a belief that an innovative design always start with comparing two contrasting values; such as classic and modern, decorative and contemporary, East and West. Because there are no projects with same conditions, I take each project as unique and original design. I believe it should be the main value when
producing interior design. While pursuing a core essence of most up-to-date design, I aim to merge it with timeless elements. I find the best balance during the design journey with my client. In the end,

『普遍的でエッジの聞いたデザイン』
飽きない空間でありながらも、エッジのきいたデザイン。
一見、時間軸の無いデザインとエッジのきいたデザインは、相反するもののようでありますが、
それはクラシックでありながらモダンで、西洋でありながらも東洋、デコラティブであるのに
コンテンポラリーである事が、どちらかの固定概念にとどまる事無く、柔軟に考え抜くことが、
新たな発想が生まれてくる根源であると考えます。
そして、ひとつとして同じ物件が無いからこそ、一軒毎にオリジナルなデザインとが誕生する。
それこそが、インテリアデザインだと私は考えます。
流行に惑わされる事無く、デザインの軸を定め、本物を追求し、この矛盾のバランスをの答えを見つける為にクライアントと旅をし、その結果、エンドユーザーと歓びを分かち共有し合う。
そんな空間やプロダクトを目指し私はデザインします。
