ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ප්රධානතම සංස්කෘතික මංගල්යයකින් පසුව, එකතු වන අපද්රව්ය වගකීම්සහගත ලෙස කළමනාකරණය කිරීම සඳහා BPPL Holdings PLC හි අනුබද්ධ සමාගමක් වන Eco Spindles විසින්, SMAK සමාගමේ නිල සහයෝගීතාවයෙන් (Official Partner) සංවිධානය කරන ලද කතරගම පවිත්ර කිරීමේ ව්යාපෘතිය වෙනුවෙන් කැපවූ ස්වේච්ඡා කණ්ඩායමක් එකමුතු විය.
ජනාකීර්ණ වූ වීදිවල සිට පිරිසිදු වටපිටාවක් දක්වා වූ මෙම සක්රිය මැදිහත්වීම, වගකීම්සහගත අපද්රව්ය කළමනාකරණය, පරිසර ආරක්ෂණය සහ අප සේවය කරන ප්රජාවන් සඳහා වඩාත් තිරසාර අනාගතයක් නිර්මාණය කිරීම වෙනුවෙන් අපගේ සමූහය සතු පුළුල් කැපවීම පිළිඹිබු කරයි.
Eco Spindles කණ්ඩායම තිරසාරභාවය අර්ථවත් ක්රියාකාරකමක් බවට පත් කරමින්, කතරගම පූජනීය භූමිය සහ එහි ස්වාභාවික පරිසරය සුරැකීමට දායක වීම පිළිබඳව අප ආඩම්බර වන්නෙමු.

The Kataragama Clean-Up Project, carried out by Eco Spindles, a subsidiary of BPPL Holdings PLC, and with SMAK as our official partner, brought together dedicated volunteers to help collect and responsibly manage waste following one of Sri Lanka’s most significant cultural gatherings.
From crowded streets to cleaner surroundings, this initiative reflects our Group’s broader commitment to responsible waste management, environmental protection and creating a more sustainable future for the communities we serve.
