A recent renovation project that completely reimagined the heartbeat of this home, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results!
The original kitchen was a separate, closed-in room, and the dining space off the entry was another distinct area. The client wanted to open things up to create a modern, family-friendly space. We redefined the space by removing the wall, turning two separate rooms into one usable family hub. We installed new ceiling and wall linings, a new kitchen window and retrofitted double glazing in the dining. The brand new kitchen by Kitchen FX with a sleek and modern design is the show-stopper! The result is a bright and welcoming space where the family can cook, eat, and relax together.
We gutted the existing bathroom and separate toilet and started from scratch, with new insulation, wall linings and aluminium joinery. The window in the shower has an aluminium jamb, making it more durable in a high moisture environment. For the shower, we used the gorgeous, low-maintenance Beyond Tiles panels, as a faster, more affordable and eco-friendly alternative to ceramic tiles. New fittings were installed, giving a modern, easy care design.
Last but not least, a re-designed laundry, utilising the space available. Extended counter space for easy sorting. Under-bench storage for bulky items. Overhead cabinets to keep essentials out of sight.
