Terry always insisted — and he usually was insistent — that if you wanted a tartan vest for the holidays, you needed to start 60 days before the party.
After 34 years with Phillips, Terry knew a thing or two about timing, tailoring and style. We lost Terry, but we certainly haven't lost the lessons — or the laughs.
So when the holiday tartans come out each year, we can't help but hear him reminding us:
“Sixty days, Peter. Sixty days.”
He was usually right.
Okay, Terry… you were always right.
