Minnows LLC is a community driven children's consignment shop. We opened in July 2014 in downtown Belfast and moved to the busy Renys Plaza in October 2015. We commit to providing a great selection of affordable goods for children including clothing, toys, accessories, gear, equipment, and furniture as well as maternity clothing. We strive to keep our stock revolving so that we continuously have fresh options.

I have to say that in my 12 years of business, I've always loved being an employer. I know it's not everyone's thing, so I feel fortunate that it truly is mine.

I also recognize how much I've grown in this area over the years. I'm pretty sure many of my former employees would tell you that I was a bit high-strung back in the day. 🫢 Yep... I know that sounds preposterous, but it's true! 😂 Feel free to out me in the comments if you worked with me then. 😅

In fact, this one right here, Ms. Kaycee Fogg, has been with Minnows for SIX (yes, six!) years this month. She's had a front-row seat to both my growth and Minnows' growth, and if anyone would tell it to you straight, it's Kaycee. ❤️ I'm so grateful for her loyalty, honesty, and all she's poured into this little business over the years.

Building a team like this, one that we’re ALL genuinely proud to be part of, hasn’t happened without a learning curve. One of the greatest gifts of being an employer has been getting to witness the growth that happens in each person along the way.

And, of course, life keeps moving. New opportunities arise, seasons change, and our team shifts from time to time. While those transitions can be bittersweet, we’ve always tried to celebrate one another and the next steps life is calling each of us toward. Watching this team support each other through all of it feels incredibly special. 🤍
