🚨 SQUISHY PSA — ESPECIALLY FOR MY FELLOW SMALL BUSINESSES! 🚨

I just received a message asking me to help authenticate a squishy, so I figured this was a good time for another reminder because some of these counterfeits are getting REALLY convincing.

First—if you’re a customer and you truly don’t care whether your squishy is authentic or a dupe, that is totally fine! Buy what makes you happy. 😂❤️ My concern is more for businesses that may be unknowingly purchasing counterfeit products and reselling them as authentic NeeDoh.

I received an email within the last week stating that people are actively looking at online stores and even Facebook business pages for counterfeit products being advertised or sold as authentic. Schylling is protecting the NeeDoh brand, and businesses need to be extra vigilant about what they’re purchasing from suppliers and how they’re advertising it.

🥤🍺🍔 REMINDER: NeeDoh does NOT collaborate with soda, beer, drink or food brands, and they really don’t do the types of branded collaborations we’re seeing all over the internet right now.

Just because it says NeeDoh and the packaging looks almost identical does NOT automatically make it authentic. Some of these knockoffs are incredibly close, but when you compare them, the quality, packaging and even the NeeDoh name/logo can be off.

Customers—if you don’t care either way, squish away. 😂❤️

Businesses—PLEASE know your suppliers and know what you’re selling. I would hate to see a small business unknowingly purchase these, list them as authentic and end up in trouble over something they genuinely didn’t realize was counterfeit.

I’d much rather give another business a heads-up than watch them learn the hard way. ❤️

This time we’re switching things up and making CRUNCHY SQUISHIES! ✨

We’ll have fewer skin options — sphere, gummy bear & cube — but WAY more fun with the filling! We’re going to make our slime, add our crunchies, fill our squishies AND seal them with the CORRECT GLUE 😂 all in one go!

🚨 NEW PICKUP POLICY — PLEASE READ 🚨

Unfortunately, effective immediately, I will now need to check identification for all order pickups.

I absolutely hate adding another step to the pickup process, but after having an order picked up by someone who was NOT the customer it belonged to, I have to put something in place to protect both you and my business.

And this is one of those situations where I’m asking for a little grace and kindness. ❤️ Having to tell a customer that their order was picked up by someone else—essentially stolen—is an awful conversation to have. It’s upsetting for you, it’s upsetting for me, and I’m immediately trying to figure out what happened and how to make it right.

So please don’t be offended when I ask to see your ID! I’m not trying to make pickup more difficult or inconvenient. I’m simply making sure that the person leaving with your paid order is actually YOU.

If someone else will be picking up your order for you, please let me know beforehand so I can make a note on the order.

I appreciate your patience while I add yet another small-business policy I never thought I’d need. 🤦‍♀️❤️ My goal is simply to make sure your purchases make it into the correct hands!
