Exodus 34:6 “And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming ‘The LORD, the LORD, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.”
The lord is faithful to us and will always be. That is His character. In our lives we want to trust God, but we live in a world that is not perfect and we are surrounded with doubt and unfaithfulness everywhere, so it becomes hard for us.
Some of us may even look back at the past and see God’s faithfulness but still not trust His faithfulness in the future.
We can put our trust in the fact that God’s plan for us is greater than we can comprehend and that He HAS been and WILL be faithful to us even when we may not see or understand.
God is faithful to the overall big story and faithful to our story in our lives!!

Allow God’s story to unfold!!

In case you need a reminder, God created you with a purpose! You may not always understand what He has planned for your life, but keep seeking Him, trust in His timing, and have faith in His plan. Even when you can’t see what He’s doing, you can trust that He is working for your good.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT)

What a great message yesterday!

Here are some key take aways!!
- We humans crave power. We want to belong to a group. Where are we gonna look for it? God says “come to me”
- Psalm 115:3 - He does all that He pleases and He is all powerful
- God delivers on all his promises, unlike this world
- God doesn’t do things that won’t fit with his nature and will
- God is strong enough to take care of you, me, and our brothers and sisters around the world
- God is strong enough to save His beloved ones and build His church among all the nations
Mathew 28:18-20
Revelation 5:9
2 Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness”

Last night, Kyle talked to us about how God is immutable. When we say God is immutable, it means that He does not change.

In Exodus 3:13–14, it says, “I am who I am.” This shows that God does not become. He does not learn, change, increase, or decrease. God is perfect in all ways and does not get better or worse.

This should be a comfort to us, knowing that our God never changes. He will never change His promises, and He will always be there for us.

We have to remember that since He never changes, there is a warning, a promise for our welfare, and a source for worship. The warning is that sin will always be treated the same by God. The promise is that we will be saved and have eternal life found in Him. And we worship our God because He will never change.

If you have questions, feel free to reach out and talk to a leader!

Cru recap! We got to hear from Marty on what it means to have the Holy Spirit living in those who accept Christ and Lord and Savior.

Romans 7 explains how we were slaves in our sin, but are freed by the Spirit!

In John 3, Jesus explains that “no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit” (John 3:5).

Ezekiel 36:26-27 explains how God gives us a new heart and Spirit when we acknowledge Him as Lord. He does the transforming, not ourselves!

The Holy Spirit produces these in us: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Praise the Lord for the gift of His Spirit!
