Happy Friday! I was going through old videos and photos again last night and came across this clip from my Lakeshore Cycle and Fitness (42N) edit from years ago. This classic ledge/ manual pad at Window on the Waterfront was a staple spot for so many years but is unfortunately gone now due to recent renovations. I still remember the first day my buddies Eric, Josh, AJ, Zeus and I all went riding around Holland and rode this pad. This is where we learned to grind, where we had to fix our first chain break, and the list goes on. The nostalgia and memories created through the years with friends all due to little bikes and a poured concrete slab is wild to me.

Just took the time to link the IG account (instagram.com/michiganlocalbmx) so hopefully be able to get some more content to everyone on FB with updates and whats new with Michigan Local! Sorry for the hiatus on FB. I recently found a box of prints with a select few designs and sizes I had stashed so I opened back up the webstore for a limited time if you want to get your hands on some while they last! to the "1st Annual Ruff Rider Invitational" (in fact was the only) that was held at Building Twentyone This was an amazing night with "white elephant gift" style prizes brought by the riders which included a potential murder weapon, platform boots, old tv, goodwill finds, and a bunch of other random goodness which made for a ton of laughs! Thanks to the sponsors Run Jelly Pandas 42North and Studio Ink. Sponsors helped fund some of the dopest shirts ever made by Lakeshoredesign. If you have any pics or video from that night would love for you to share!
