We often get questions about wedding gown preservation. When done properly, the results can be incredible!

These are pictures of a wedding gown that was cleaned and preserved in 1982 by Jerry (former owner). The husband donated the preserved gown back to Hartford Cleaners after his wife passed away. We recently opened the box and found the gown still in perfect condition after almost 45 years! 🤩

Introducing Our Basic Wash ’n’ Fold Laundry Service!
We’re excited to offer a new service for anyone who would rather skip the laundry—or simply doesn’t have the time!

Effective immediately, we are offering Basic Wash ’n’ Fold Laundry Service for just $1.99 per pound, with a 10-pound minimum charge.

How It Works
First-time customers: Please stop by our store to complete our initial customer setup form. Once your account is set up, you can bring your laundry to us in bags, laundry baskets, or totes. Please be sure to label your bags/containers with your name and phone number.
We’ll take care of the rest—including sorting, washing, drying, and folding your laundry!

Orders are typically completed within 2 business days. Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a convenient text notification.

Important Hygiene Notice
For the health and safety of our customers and employees, and to help prevent the spread of germs, items containing vomit, blood, or stool must be thoroughly rinsed before being brought in for laundering.

We look forward to taking the laundry off your to-do list!

Our staff is working hard to contact owners of old orders to come pick up their items. Did you bring in items to the Hartford Cleaners and forget to pick them up?

Under WI Statute 779.71, all orders older than 6 months will be dispositioned on 6/30/26.
