Honestly I don’t know anyone as lucky as my mom. Everytime one of her daughters (who are both super talented and have great taste) moves in, they refurbish a room in the house for her with curated items they have spent time collecting and then they leave it all behind when they move out. Like talk about ROI. 😂😜

I’m never being my own model again wow if it isn’t hard work! Rugs were so easy they just were always beautiful and fooled me into thinking I was good at taking photos. Errrm FALSE! Anyways, I can’t explain the obsession but if I could I would keep every single one of these silk coverups! Posting here to snag first before I post on my website so dm or comment if you want to grab one! Works for non hijabis as well you can use it as a cover up or just to dress up a simple outfit without the scarf.

The best thing about vintage rugs is the memories they hold. I gave this stunning green one as a present when my nephew was born 4.5 years ago. It has seen both nephews being born, playing, traveled to two diff continents and now gets to experience aiko the cat. Here’s to many more stories to come.
