A glaze day to finish up all the fall mugs and get the kiln loaded just in time for Mill Spring Makers Market Fall Kickoff this weekend!

The first of the fall mugs! Thrown with a dark reclaim clay and then decorated with paper cut outs and white slip. Once they are bisque fired they’ll all get beautiful translucent glazes before their last firing.

Here’s a couple fresh shots from today’s glaze firing! This is all in prep for my LAST market of the season! The Jackson Square Lavender Fesival is this Saturday from 8-4 in Oak Ridge, TN. And once that’s done I will adding to the webshop, restocking shops and doing some extra workshops and teaching! It’ll be nice to have markets done for a spell!
