I have a type of hero. Good and bad. The troubled ones- the men and women who show up in spite of such inner turmoil; and sometimes the turmoil wins. It’s such a strange feeling to be inspired by so many artists and creatives that are no longer here; who shined so brilliantly while they were here.

Looking down just now, pulling into my gym, my phone pulled one of those “this time in the past” things and reminded me of these designs from years past. It seems like I exclusively designed for back then…and while I loved it, you can’t beat getting to spread your wings into other sorts of design. I’m looking forward to a new batch of kids kicking off this weekend at Commonwealth and then at Rupp later on.
