I understand life is completely busy but just because this is a home business doesn’t mean you can’t message that you forgot an appointment. Or not follow up. My mom works off appointments. She can’t confirm with another customer if you don’t show up or message. Just message and say you found someone else. It’s common courtesy.

Hi everyone. My mom had to take a bit of a break. She’s not able to move her neck well. She went to the doctor and he said it is Rotator cuff tendinitis or pulled muscle or pinched nerve. Quite possibly because of her arthritis and osteoporosis.
