This hat was originally designed as a festival/ western style hat. We cleaned, reblocked and upgraded the components to be a classic fedora style to accommodate with the owners changing tastes.

Made myself a rollable travel hat in the Indy 3 style, for an upcoming trip, I plan to really stress test this, and maybe abuse it more than the average bear. Stay tuned for a follow up! Our rollable hats are made from light weight Portuguese beaver felt that springs back to shape even after being rolled up.

We’re making a woodys hat as screen accurate as possible.

We designed a custom block.. It’s hard translating a 3d rendering to real life but I think it turned out great!

Here are the differences between a Cairo Hat and a standard Raiders Hat with a turn.

The standard Raiders Hat has the turn which means that it is still worn off center and it has a nice tight pinch going down to the ribbon and a fl**ged brim.

This is how the Hat looked at the beginning of the movie where he grabs the idol all the way through to the Raven bar scenes

When they move to Cairo for filming, the Hat goes through a few changes on screen and off screen.

First, the hat starts to lose its fl**ge in the back due to extreme heat this pushes the brim down on his head and gives the appearance of a wider brim.

The ribbon also seems to have tightened around the Hat constricting the crown. so there appears to be a hump going on the right side of the hat and a subtle crease the right front pinch.

Overall, the shape of the Cairo is a lot more wonky that the standards raiders hat.

These hats are supposed to be the same hat just in different life cycles in the story.
