We provide family eye care for all ages, including treatment of eye infections and injuries, management of glaucoma, cataracts and diabetic eye exams. We have the newest contact lens technology and state of the art equipment. 💻👀 Are your screens making your eyes tired?

Between work, school, and scrolling, many of us spend hours each day looking at digital screens. Too much screen time can lead to digital eye strain, causing symptoms such as:

• Tired eyes
• Headaches
• Blurry vision
• Dry or irritated eyes
• Neck and shoulder pain

A simple way to give your eyes a break is to follow the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
Don't forget to blink! When using digital devices, we tend to blink less often, which can contribute to dry, uncomfortable eyes.
If screen time is causing discomfort, we can help. Schedule an eye exam to make sure your eyes are working as efficiently and comfortably as possible. 👁️✨

One of Doris's many strengths is her willingness to learn and help wherever she's needed. Cross-trained in multiple departments, she is always ready to jump in and support both our team and our patients.
