48 metres of reach, 2.3-tonne sheets, in the Black Forest. That's what MSG Krandienst is doing with Liebherr's new MK 120-5.1E after nine months on the job. The three-stage outrigger lets the operator pick three different extension lengths — fully extended, asymmetrical, or tight — which matters when you're setting up HVAC and steel work on sites that weren't designed for crane access. The ballast system runs 4.8 tonnes standard with a 3-tonne optional add-on. Straightforward machine that handles the work conventional cranes can't reach.

The new LR 11000 features a one-piece superstructure, combining the rotating platform, machine room, walkway, and cabin. This makes mounting and transporting logistics easier and cheaper. Same footprint as their 350-tonne crane. Significantly higher capacity. That's what drew BSF Mobile Cranes to the LTM 1400-6.1 — you don't have to rethink your site setup to get 450 tonnes out of it. They also took delivery of the first MK 88-4.1E in Australia: a city crane that sits between a conventional mobile and a stationary tower crane. Two machines, two problems solved. BSF runs about 50 cranes across Queensland — they're not buying anything they don't need.
