I don’t usually talk about my personal life on my business social, but my dad passed away this week. I’m at the store thinking about how proud he was of me when I opened this store. We use to go for drives without a plan. He was the older dad probably 50 in this photo, but the best dad. He loved taking us shopping. He loved light denim. Sometimes shopping for us was expensive and he would just say “that’s ok it’s better quality” quality over quantity, but we also went to thrift stores and I loved finding pieces that you would never find locally. He never once told me I couldn’t wear something because it was different than what everyone else wore. Which is probably where I discovered my own style and love for going out on a limb. I’m going to pop open at 1pm today for the afternoon if you want to shop and Saturday morning at 9am.🪽
