Today's FarmStand drop is brought to you in large part by My Baby Boy and My Daughter-in-Love! I had everything baked and ready to package but the printer wasn't working for labels. I about had a heart attack and they immediately came to the rescue! Can't sell anything without the legality of labels... So, huge shout out to my grown children saving the day!! I love you guys!

When it rains, it pours! But I got to say, I can see how blessed I am in all of it! Monday morning we woke up to half of a really large tree split and fell. It glanced off of the camper and beautifully landed in between structures. Very minimal damage so that's amazing. And then the AC quit working in the house! We weren't able to have anybody come until last night to fix it, but thankfully our son came over and helped his dad install several of our old window units. It helped us quite a bit until the HVAC guys were able to come over. All that to say I didn't know if I'd be able to bake today or not because there was no way I was going to turn on the oven with no housewide AC to compensate for the extra heat input! But all is well, and I was able to whip up a few things this morning to take to the Farm Stand at Langhorst Natural Farms .

Not a huge list of choices but there are many of them made to go ahead and grab.

Today we have:

As much as it breaks my heart, I will not be able to do a drop tomorrow, Friday the 19th, at the farm stand. Dealing with pain and chronic illness has whooped my butt this week and taken all my 'spoons'. I appreciate all of your patience and kindness when I have weeks that tank like this week has.

There were still some Garlic Butter Stuffed Dinner Rolls, Cherry Sweet Rolls, and Blueberry Scones in the freezer, tho! They reheat lovely and perfect, so good ahead and grab those while you wait. I hope you all have a blessed weekend and I am hopeful and prayerful to have a decent haul to drop off on Wednesday the 24th!

Running a wee bit behind, but the drop at the Langhorst Natural Farms Farm Stand has been made! Come scoop up the goodies while they're super duper fresh and some are still hot LOL.

I forgot to post the drop from today! Oops! Well, I took down a bunch of goodies at 3:30pm and half of it got bought immediately by the most fantastic woman. She and I chit chatted for quite some time. I love meeting new people, and especially new people that boost my ego so sufficiently! I left with an inflated head and renewed dreams of my own bakery...

I took some pictures after she left with her haul of treats, so get in there early tomorrow for your yummy goodies! Langhorst Natural Farms is a quick drive from just about anywhere. Way faster than trying to drive thru the city on the interstates!

Look in the fridge for cream cheese buttercream frosted Cinnamon Rolls, and the shelves for everything else! I will be back next week with the next drop. Hit me up in the comments if you have any things you have been craving and I will see what I can do for you GFers! 😉

Some cherry pies, banana bread, garlic butter stuffed dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and blueberry muffins were fresh and ready for your belly! All items freeze really well, amd can also be toasted up in the oven or air fryer for a minute or so which makes them like I just pulled them out from baking. No lie.

Your goodies are at the Farmstand! Make your way down to Langhorst Natural Farms and nab some of our Gluten-free goodies and some of the amazing things available there all week. Every vendor there has fabulous things!!! I left with some raw goat milk to try. Awesome!

I got my hands on some amazing strawberries to go with my garden theme of carrots, bananas, and chocolate (that's a bean/legume > so a vegetable of sorts > so basically I am baking salads over here😉😉)!
Therefore I NEEEEEEEDED to convert a strawberry cake to GF to make Strawberry & Cream Cake Slices for the Farmstand tomorrow! I hope it slices as pretty as it smells... ahhhhhh 🥰🍓🍰
Starting in on the Carrot Cake batter now, and then tomorrow I will get to the Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins and Blueberry Muffins to finish off the garden inspired items. Make sure to check the refrigerator at Langhorst Natural Farms Farmstand because many goodies will be in there this week. The main shelves will be less occupied but still have some really yummy choices!
See you tomorrow, drop off is expected to be roughly between 3 and 5pm.

Cookies are a popular request this week! 8 batches, and last one is in the oven now. As soon as it's out I will be heading to Langhorst Natural Farms with this week's delivery; I am already packing up.

Reminder that we won't be fulfilling orders or stocking the Farmstand until the end of the month due to traveling up north a couple times for weddings and 100 year birthday celebration (my grandma is such a sweetie)! So, get down to the Farmstand or get your orders in later and wait... (that's no fun). See everyone at 6pm drop in Norman!
