Runner’s Den is a pioneer in customer services, such as individualized gait analysis, injury avoidance/prevention clinics and group training seminars. Understanding the variety of options the athlete has available in selecting foot

wear, it is the ongoing service and expertise of our staff that sets Runner’s Den apart. We believe that the process of choosing proper running gear is an extension of the sport and an important ingredient in assuring the athlete’s ability to accumulate injury-free miles. We encourage everyone to use our knowledge gained from thousands of miles of training and racing to enhance their own running experience. Whether you are trying to lose weight, get past an injury, run your first marathon or make your high school track team, we are here to help in whatever way we can. When looking for shoes, our staff will perform a full gait analysis so be prepared to go outside with us for a little run or walk. Once we have identified what type of foot strike you have, you will be presented with a choice of several models that we believe will work for you. The process usually takes between 20 and 30 minutes, so please allow enough time. For the last 35+ years, your success and satisfaction has been our number one priority and everyone here at Runner’s Den wants to help you accomplish your running and walking goals.

Exciting news! We just had a bunch of On Lightspray Cloudmonster 3 Hyper dropped off at the store so we're going to throw an impromptu Demo Run together for tonight's Happy Hour Group Run!
