🐘 Saints Update!! 🐘
Hi friends!
I’m sorry things have been all over the place here. I’ve had a lot going on and I’ll explain that more at the end of the post but first I’m going to catch y’all up on our plans moving forward!
I have 3 huge loads coming in the next two weeks!
🥤 805 Owalas, there are Stanley’s and Brumate as well!
🧸 10,000 unit toy load of brand new toys!
👖 Finally!! Kids size 6-18 and XS- XXL in kids clothes will have 2500 units in this shipment!
These will all be here in two weeks and the plan is to have the majority of it on the floor November 2nd!
I have hired 4 new people. I am wanting to hire 2 more people! If you are interested in working at the store please send me a message! If I have everyone in place our goal is to be open
Monday- Saturday 10:00am- 8:00pm!!
We’re opening all week again and extending hours so everyone has more time to shop!
😇 We are going to be doing our Angel Tree again this year! If you would like to fill out an application we will have forms available on November 2nd.
🧸 If we have partnered before on Toy Drives or if we have talked about working together on getting toys for your event or organization, message me and we can talk more about it and come up with a plan. We will have thousands of toys!
❤️ My Papa ❤️
My Papa and Nanny have worked at the store on Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays ever since we opened the store in Pocola. You could find my Papa in his chair at the store, running the forklift, watching the guys build onto the store and maybe sometimes taking a little nap. 😜
In May, my Papa had a surgery and in the surgery he suffered a Kidney Injury. From that point on he has spent the majority of his time in the hospital in Northwest Arkansas. My Nanny never left his side. They haven’t been in our store since the first few days of May. I was helping them when they were home or staying with them when I could when they were in NWA and spending the majority of the days on the phone with doctors and nurses there. During that I brought in help because I knew I couldn’t be there to run the store. I think that brought in lots of confusion. I had several people ask if I sold it and it had a new owner and I hadn’t, but I see how things were not clear. I know we were not open on days the sign said we were and I know as customers that had to be very frustrating. I am very sorry for that. I just couldn’t help my grandparents, take care of my kids and have them everywhere they needed to be, and run the store. In that the store was closed a lot.
My Papa went to Heaven on September 18th. We are heartbroken and words can’t even begin to express how much we miss him.
🎄 We will have a Memory Tree at the store this year! We will have Christmas ornaments and markers that you can write your loved ones names on and whatever you want on there and we will all celebrate their memory together! ❤️
From the beginning I wanted this to be about helping people and sometimes the best way to help is to just be a friend and hold space for those who are hurting.
This has been one of the hardest years of my life. But we are back and we are getting things back to normal as much as we can! I have a video that will be posted tonight about our sales this weekend! I will actually be posting a lot moving forward and I can’t wait to see y’all in person!
