Founded by Lindsey Reif, Rosarium approaches sustainable fashion with the deliberate eye of an artist tending a garden as a living canvas. Like the rose itself, each Rosarium piece embodies an essential balance between aesthetic refinement and enduring strength. Working with deadstock and limited edition textiles, our colorways emulate the sunlight-weathered colors of the garden. Our textures are

Long before mood boards, there were gardens.

It’s no coincidence that so many of history’s most iconic artists cultivated gardens of their own. They weren’t separate from the work. They were part of the practice.

Here’s a look inside the gardens that shaped some of the world’s most enduring creative minds.

Vivienne Westwood’s English garden reflected the same spirit as her designs - romantic, rebellious, and deeply rooted in nature. For her, gardening was both a creative and political act.

Sculptor Barbara Hepworth transformed her garden in St Ives into an outdoor studio, placing sculptures among the plants so nature and art could be experienced together.

Illustrator and author Tasha Tudor cultivated one of America’s most beloved cottage gardens. Overflowing with heirloom flowers, it reflected the same timeless beauty found throughout her artwork.

Cecil Beaton’s gardens at Reddish House were theatrical, romantic, and meticulously composed - much like the portraits and sets for which he became known.

At her home in New Mexico, Georgia O’Keeffe cultivated a simple garden alongside the stark desert landscape, finding inspiration in the forms, colors, and rhythms of the natural world.

Claude Monet designed the gardens at Giverny as carefully as his paintings. They became both his greatest subject and an essential part of his artistic practice.

Between garden tours, studio work, and watching my own garden bloom from spring into summer, the last couple of months have really flown by.

You’ve all been keeping us busy this season (thank you 🫶) which has meant less time than usual for sharing what has been happening at Rosarium.

Here are a few of my favorite moments from the past couple of months.

A visit to the peony farm has become a spring tradition.

Care is one of the most overlooked parts of the sustainability conversation - not just how clothes are made, but how they’re lived in, maintained, and worn for as long as possible.

I’ve been working on a new offering I’m excited to share with you all in just a few days - something designed to help your clothing last longer between washes, reduce wear from over-laundering, and make garment care feel a little easier and more intentional.
