Oko Oko is a small women-owned and operated vintage and antique jewelry shop in Portland, OR

OKO is a testament to centuries-old craftsmanship and unique design traditions from all over the world. Through finding and displaying one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces from our travels, we’re able to bring back a bit of each place with us for you to enjoy. We specialize in rare jewelry and objects from Europe, but there’s no telling what you’ll find inside these walls. We have everything from Native A

merican silver, Mexican modernist works, and vintage folk jewelry to fine Victorian and Georgian-era pieces, plus contemporary jewelry from local designers. We believe the jewelry we house here tells stories about the people and places that created it, and we’d love nothing more than to share that story with you.

An ample 7 carat citrine cabochon gleams from atop this chunky vintage 14k gold ring like a spoonful of honey. It holds such a tender animated glow! A nice bezel setting affixes this gem into its equally hefty mounting (almost 11 grams!), making this slice of golden hour more than suitable for daily wear. Size 9 and somewhat resizable (please inquire)

What’s more alluring than a semi-functional miniature!? When you add in elements like “French” “18k gold” and “seed pearl,” this antique locket is essentially irresistible! The front cover features an engraved fleur de lis dotted with tiny pearls, balanced by grandiose flourishing initials on the back cover. The interior hosts a movable “page” in which you can store a photo of your beloved. But the real kicker is the inscription behind it, which reads “Amitie Sincere” or, “Sincere Friendship” in French. May we all be so lucky as to have such friendships, and jewelry to boot!
