Ready to spend your summer at the track? 🏃‍♀️🔥

Join us this June for our Summer Speed Series, a four-week group training program designed to help you build confidence, get stronger and have some fun with your running along the way.

Whether you’re brand new to track workouts, looking to mix things up this summer or starting to build toward a fall race, this series is for you. Every session includes a dynamic warm-up, interval workout and cool-down stretch, with coaches there to guide you the whole way.

If you’ve been wanting to spend more time on the trails this summer, this is such a fun way to do it. We’ll help you learn the basics of trail running while exploring some of the best local spots around Spokane with a great group of people.

No pressure, no intimidating vibes, just a community that wants to get outside, move together and build confidence on the trails.

There’s just something about summer miles on the trails 🌲👟

Explore Trails is back in Spokane, and whether you’re brand new to trail running or just looking to build more confidence off road, this group is for you. Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore local trails together while learning how to handle hills, navigate uneven terrain and enjoy everything trail running has to offer.

We kick things off Wednesday, May 27 and meet every Wednesday evening at 5:30 PM through July 15. Every week brings a new trail, new views and a great group to run with.
