All business is now run out of our shop located in downtown Stillwater, MN. Each design is designed and screen-printed in Minnesota with every t-shirt having a hidden quote made to empower and inspire. About:

Born and raised in Stillwater I grew up loving the outdoors, music, and art. After high school I ventured north and attended University of Minnesota Duluth for graphic design and photography. Living in Duluth was the only time that I ever lived outside of the St. I think the river valley will always be my home. My favorite places are either among the pine trees or next to water. You can always find me next to a bonfire, on the river in our 1970 Boston Whaler, or at a concert. My wonderful husband Dan shares the same love of the outdoors and music. We now live in the small town of Bayport with our dog Roman, and our crazy cat Mr. Wayne. The idea of Minnesota Made started the summer of 2013 when I was unemployed and attended a Trampled by Turtles and Atmosphere concert in Duluth with a group of friends. We saw so many Minnesota shirts! Some of the designs were great, but the quality of shirts needed some help. Then I thought, I could do this. I could create some unique designs on quality clothing while giving Minnesotans apparel they can wear with pride. Not too long after that I started creating designs that Minnesotans could connect with and found high quality apparel that was made in the USA. I still felt as though there was something missing from the shirts and wanted to do something more. I wanted people who purchased a piece of apparel feel special. That is why today you can find hidden quotes on the inside of all t-shirts. For many years I had created custom shirts for my husband as gifts and would put hidden messages on the inside of the them. Now, I am able to put hidden inspirational messages on the inside of the t-shirts and share them with a lot of people. Today, Minnesota Made is a locally owned and operated apparel company rooted in the St. All business is now run out of our NEW SHOP in the heart of downtown Stillwater. Each design is designed and screen-printed in Minnesota with every T-shirt having a hidden quote made to empower and inspire and all of the apparel is proudly using sustainable and USA apparel.

This weekend: 🎨 ART FAIR
Next weekend: 🎃 Stillwater Harvest Fest
In between: pumpkin patches, apple orchards, winery stops, cute little shops, and approximately 47 reasons to say, “Ooh, let’s stop here!”

Plot twist: the local talent isn’t just on our shelves! You’ll find some of our artists down in the park each weekend. Go find them, say hi, and support the makers who make our little shop so special!

The leaves are showing off, the flannels are flannel-ing, and our little town is ready for its fall moment. 🍁 Make a day of it or 2 weekends of it! We’ll have the shelves packed with local finds, clever gifts, and things you didn’t know you needed from Minnesota + beyond. 💛

Dolly Day — 9.25 🌈

What a day to remember such a wonderful lady. 💛 I wore my Dolly shirt all day, and I loved every conversation about her. It seemed like everywhere I went, someone had something sweet, funny, or memorable to say about Dolly. Loved every moment of positivity 💛

And because we apparently needed a little more Dolly in our lives… our own Dolly made an appearance too. 🐾 She’s on Dan’s shirt — an anniversary gift from me — because obviously our girl belongs in the Dolly fan club too.

Tim Chapman we for sure are going to need some Dolly prints at the shop 😉

Last weekend, while enjoying cabin life in Chetek, we wandered through the cutest Farmers Market and found exactly what we were hoping for—the perfect marshmallows for National S’mores Day! That’s where we met Emily from Ploof Mallows . Let’s just say... it was a match made around the campfire. 🔥🥰 Not only did we find incredible handcrafted marshmallows (including classic + cotton candy 🍡), but we’re excited to share that Ploof Mallows will also be joining Minnesota Made as one of our sweet new artists! 🎉

In honor of National S’mores Day (August 10), we just stocked up on everything you need for the ultimate s’more—including classic marshmallows + cotton candy marshmallows (because why not make it extra fun? 😉), plus a lineup of delicious chocolates ready for roasting season from Sted Chocolate
