Step One: Getting to Know You

We learn about your physical history, current activities, and personal goals to help us best meet your needs. Step Two: Measurements

We use a Brannock device to measure your bare feet in both a weighted and un-weighted position. Step Three: Gait Analysis

Using cameras and gait analysis software, we assess how your feet move while in action (walking or running). We

compile this information and offer you several different shoes to try on. The goal is to find the most comfortable FIT possible. The hardest part is deciding which pair you like the best.

We loved being part of a day that brought runners, families, and the Olympia community together. From cheering on the mile to connecting with so many of you at the Fleet Feet booth, it was a pretty great way to spend the day.

Join us for a No Boundaries Kickoff Open House and learn everything you need to know about our beginner friendly 5K training program. Meet the coaches, ask questions, connect with other runners, and see why this community has helped so many people cross their first finish line.
