Restaurants: Till 9pm Cradlestone Mall is a developed architectural masterpiece which has been built over two main retail levels, a third food court level and over 4000 parking bays. A large majority of the materials used to build the mall are environmentally friendly
as well as locally sourced and manufactured. Further energy saving steps were incorporated into the mall in places within the centre, such as zoned lighting and switchology to ensure that unnecessary electricity is not being used when the building is not functioning at full capacity, all of which lightens the Malls carbon footprint. Cradlestone Mall is optimally situated on the corner of a busy intersection –the N14 highway and Hendrik Potgieter Road – and is in close proximity to the world heritage site “The Cradle of Human Kind” providing convenient shopping at its best and catering to a wide variety of clientele and needs. The Mall is owned by Sasol Pension Fund, Pivotal Property Fund and Retail Africa and is managed by Broll property Management.
