A project of this scale demands materials that perform.

For the new Te Kaha | One New Zealand Stadium, John Herber Ltd / The Canvas Technology Centre was contracted to design and manufacture a 60m wide × 30m high Concert Cutdown Acoustic Curtain a specialist installation engineered to enhance acoustic performance within the venue.

At the heart of the project is Sioen B6353 Foam Insulated PVC, supplied by Wiggins. With its integrated 3mm expanded PVC foam backing, excellent acoustic insulation, flame-retardant properties and robust PVC construction, it provides an ideal solution for demanding large-scale acoustic applications.

Projects like this demonstrate how high-performance technical textiles play a critical role behind the scenes, helping create versatile, world-class entertainment venues.

SIOEN AQUALITE D2360 is a lightweight dual coated-PVC technical textile specifically designed for maritime covers and enclosures.

Primary Applications
Boat Covers: Protecting power boats and sailing boats from UV rays and rain.
Lightweight Enclosures: Suitable for yachting applications where a lower-weight, professional PVC fabric is preferred. Samples will be available over the coming weeks.
