Founded by Ashley after years living abroad in Dubai—our boutique is named after her actual home there, Villa 19. The Idea:

Inspired by our founder (Ashley’s) global travels, Villa 19 was created with the vision of bringing a modern + simplistic boutique back home to NC. While living in Dubai, she was surrounded by unique and diverse styles from all walks of life. Taking inspiration from this mul

ti-culturual and fashion-forward city, along with travels through Europe, she wanted to create a boutique that would mimic this effortless-chic way of life while in a cozy + inspiring atmosphere - just like her home in Dubai, Villa 19. Style & Quality:

We define effortless chic as simple + versatile, yet far from boring. Think neutral palettes with a soft mix of textures and an edgy spin on classic fits. Affordable pieces without compromising on quality. Ashley scours the market on a daily basis to find the perfect pieces that (as Marie Kondo would say)
‘spark joy’. Our Mission:

We want you to be inspired to look your best, but more importantly, feel your best. We believe that when you take the pressure and guess-work out of styling by filling your wardrobe with versatile pieces, it gives you the confidence of looking put-together with minimal effort. We strongly believe that when you feel good about yourself, that sense of confidence and empowerment will translate into all aspects of your life.

While we’re so sad to see one of our sweet team members move out of state, we’re excited to welcome someone new to the Villa 19 family! 🤍

We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about creating an amazing shopping experience.

What we’re looking for:
🤍 Friendly, outgoing & dependable
🤍 Passionate about fashion and styling
🤍 Excellent customer service skills
🤍 A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Schedule:
• Weekdays (typically 10 AM–3 PM or 1 PM–6 PM, give or take)
• Some weekend availability is required

✨ Bonus: Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or other social media is a huge plus! If you love styling outfits, filming reels, or creating engaging content, we’d love to put those talents to use.

Retail experience is a plus, but personality, reliability, and a genuine love for helping women feel their best are what matter most.
