We are so excited to go 🔴LIVE this Monday Feb. 24th at 11am HST on EVRY apparel Hawaii Instagram for our burnBABYburn workout! It’s just 20 minutes to set aside the time for you, mama.
Whether you are currently pregnant, postpartum or a plant mama and just looking to step into some safe movement, this is for you!
During my last pregnancy I got certified in prenatal/postnatal and mommy and me yoga and fitness and have been teaching yoga and fitness since 2014. Learning how to safely continue moving while pregnant and then nurturing my evolving body postpartum (which is sooo much longer than 6-8 weeks btw) was a game changer.
My daughter is now 7.5 months and has been with me through out my journey back to my mat. I’ve been able to include her into my exercise and it has been a blast. Engaging and having your littles is a beautiful bonding experience.
During this 20 minute class you can expect to recenter to YOUR center aka your core. Pour love back into your hips and lower back and strengthen your body one rep at a time. Movements will be ultra intentional so that you’re able to truly tap in to the foundational movement safely.
Have your baby, or don’t! This part is up to you. I’ll have mine to show you ways you can engage and utilize baby for extra weight!
All you need is a mat!
This class is also part of our program, bringing community together to inspire health and wellness.
And yes, we’ll save the workout if you can’t make it live but we would LOVE to have you on the live with your amazing energy!

I’ll also be sharing the link to the playlist in our stories before we go live so you can play some inspiring jams while you move! We will not be playing music on our end so that we don’t get kicked off the live😉

7 habits we’re locking in on in 2025 🔐

1. Going to bed earlier.
This sets us up for success rather than planning to wake up earlier. More zzz’s the night before means a natural earlier wake up time ⏰

2. Shortening our to-do list.
Yup SHORTENING. Giving ourselves three realistic tasks for the day so that we can accomplish them and with efficiency. Don’t feel like a failure when your list is a mile long.

3. Make time for mindfulness.
This one’s tough, but soo important. Give yourself a moment of quiet and still time. Set a 3 minute timer if this one seems impossible. After practice, you’ll be able to sit for longer and really immerse into a calmer nervous system.

4. Be a listener.
Everyone wants to be heard and feel seen. Giving others the opportunity to have that moment can really impact someone. Let’s try and allow others to speak without waiting to respond.

5. Prioritizing movement.
This doesn’t have to be an official workout class or hitting the gym. But it does have to get the blood flowing. There’s no doubt that exercise increases all aspects when it comes to quality of life. Mad, sad, tired, whatever…just move. Watch how this transforms every single thing you do.

6. Work on our close relationships.
Nothing wrong with creating new ones, but the maintenance of your current and closest relationships is top tier. We get comfortable with our loved ones and forget that they deserve just as much effort as something new and shiny.

7. Do the scary thing.
Once a month, get super uncomfortable. Do it on purpose and do it with intention. Even if it means you feel like an idiot. Even if it means you have to put yourself out there. Growth only happens in the midst of discomfort. Stay comfortable, stay the same. We want to see you
